Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Zusimey Home! We hope you have a great customer experience while shopping with us and in the use of our products. 

 

Just like with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Zusimey Home. By making a purchase at Zusimey Home, you agree to the terms below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modification will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product.

You must return the items in the original packaging, which is designed carefully to avoid shipping damages. If you have already discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging material that you can find to package the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. An additional 20% repackaging fee per item will be charged for returned items without packaging. We suggest photographing your return items and the packaging before handing them over to a courier.



To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@zusimeyhome.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be either sent back to our warehouse, or collected via courier.

If your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package, or we will arrange a courier to collect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refund and Restocking Fee

There is a 30% restocking fee based on the original price of the returned item(s); this fee is deducted from your refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contactus@zusimeyhome.com.au.

Refunds will be sent within 7 business days after all returned items have been sent back to our warehouse. Where possible, your refund will be processed via the same method you paid for the items, i.e. back to your Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Account. Where this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange alternate payment. Please note that we will only remit refunds to Australian accounts and the name of the account holder must match the original payer.

 

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Returns are not eligible when item is marked as ‘Clearance’ or ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Display’, sale items or gift cards.

 

Order Change and Cancellation
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is sent to avoid incurring additional charges. After your items are sent, changes and cancellations will incur the 30% restocking fee.
